Participant guide to Tantric massage with Loving Presence

Welcome to LovingPresence!

This guide is here to help you understand what to expect, how to prepare, and how to feel grounded and empowered throughout the process.

Many people feel both excitement and nervousness before their first session — this is completely normal.

My intention is to offer a space that is safe, respectful, and supportive, where your boundaries, comfort, and agency come first.

1. What This Work Is

This approach blends somatic awareness, breathwork, mindful touch, and presence.

Its purpose is to support:

* relaxation and nervous-system regulation

* emotional release and clarity

* deeper embodiment

* reconnection with self

* stress and tension reduction

* personal transformation through mindful awareness

This is not a sexual service.

It is a therapeutic, embodied modality with strict boundaries and consent practices.

2. Your Comfort & Safety

Your sense of safety is essential. You maintain full authority over your experience at every moment.

You may:

* ask questions anytime

* request adjustments

* pause or stop the session

* choose what areas of the body may or may not be included

* remain partially or fully clothed, depending on your comfort

* end the session for any reason

No reason is required. Your “no” is always respected.

3. What a Session Typically Looks Like

• Arrival

A few minutes to settle, breathe, and check in.

• Conversation (30–45 min)

We discuss your intentions, boundaries, and any concerns. Nothing is rushed.

• Consent & Structure

I explain the steps of the session, what kinds of touch may be involved, and how you can guide or modify the experience.

• Connection

This may include breath work, conscious touch exercises, eye-gazing

• The Bodywork

Presence and touch according to your wishes, Informed by our conversation, your needs and boundaries

• Closing

Integration, grounding, and space to discuss anything that arose.

4. What You May Feel

Common experiences include:

* relaxation

* emotions rising and releasing

* deeper connection to the body

* clearer boundaries

* a sense of spaciousness or relief

* increased groundedness

All responses — emotional or physical — are welcome and valid.

5. Before Your Session

To prepare, you may want to:

* Avoid heavy meals

* Drink water

* Reflect on what you hope to receive from the session

* Note any boundaries or concerns you’d like to express

* Let me know if you need to finish at a specific time

You don’t need to “prepare yourself” emotionally — simply show up as you are.

6. After Your Session

You may feel:

* relaxed

* reflective

* open or tender

* tired

* newly energized

Give yourself time and space afterward. Hydrate, move gently, and be kind to your body and emotions.

7. Booking & Deposit Policy

To create a clear and dependable container for this work, I ask for a booking deposit when scheduling your session.

This serves a few important purposes:

• A Shared Commitment to the Process

Transformational bodywork benefits from intention and presence.

The deposit reflects a mutual commitment to the time and space we’re choosing to hold together.

• Respect for Time and Preparation

Each session requires preparation, emotional presence, and reserving a time slot specifically for you.

The deposit helps ensure the session space is honored and prevents last-minute changes that can disrupt the work.

• Clarity & Grounding

Putting a deposit down often reduces uncertainty or hesitation, helping you step into the process with confidence and stability.

Refunds & Transfers

* Deposits are non-refundable, as the time is held exclusively for you.

* Deposits are fully transferable to a different date, provided you give reasonable notice

* If something unexpected comes up, open communication is always welcome, and I will do my best to accommodate rescheduling.

This structure supports healthy boundaries, mutual respect, and a stable framework for the work.

8. Communication

If you’re feeling unsure, hesitant, or have questions — that’s completely natural.

You’re invited to share whatever you’re experiencing, and we can take things at your pace.

An introductory call is also available if you’d like to meet, ask questions, or get a sense of the space before booking.

9. My Commitment to You

I commit to:

* professionalism

* ethical conduct

* clear boundaries and consent

* trauma-sensitive practice

* non-judgmental presence

* confidentiality

* respect for your limits, pace, and autonomy

Your wellbeing — emotional, physical, and psychological — is always the priority.
